Should You Invest in SimCity for Wii?

SimCity Creator is not a new game; merely new to Wii. It was released way back in 1989 in a PC version. It is said that SimCity was the pioneer in the city building game genre. Considered to be an addictive yet simple system to manage, it allowed players to develop a town of modest means into a thriving metropolis. With a few changes along the way and a reworking for the old Super Nintendo Entertainment System, fifteen years have passed and Nintendo’s Wii game console system is happy to add SimCity to their library of games.

What’s important here is that this allows the user to involve their arms and sometimes their entire body. No more stereotypes about couch potato gamers here!

Wii Fit

Nintendo 2008, Video Game, $95.95

But recently, the company has taken this concept a step further with a unique new game platform entitled “Wii Fit.” With this revolution comes a whole new approach to getting in shape. It also takes the Wii’s philosophy to a new level! Yes, you can actually lose weight and tone your body with the Wii Fit!

The first thing that sets this game apart from any other game, when you take it out of the box, is that it comes with the Wii Fit balance board. This connects to the Wii and allows you to do a variety of interactive exercises and more, which interrelate to what is happening on the screen. (more…)
